We ship worldwide to over 200 countries. However, there are a few locations we are unable to ship to. If you are located in one of these areas, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by location. Here are our estimated shipping times:
United States: 8-15 business days
Canada and Europe: 8-15 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 15-20 business days
Central and South America: 10-20 business days
Asia: 8-15 business days
Africa: 15-30 business days
- Delayed logistics and customs clearances may impact delivery times.
- Due to logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages.
- For countries outside of the US, Canada, and Europe, Registered Airmail may take up to 39 business days to arrive due to local dispatch or other reasons.
- We strive to deliver your items within the specified time frames, but we cannot guarantee delivery within these times.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking Says “No Information Available at the Moment”
This is normal for a few of our items that ship overseas. The tracking information will only update once the item reaches the customer’s destination country.
Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update after your order ships. If you have not received tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us.
